Enjoy all the benefits of walking and fellowship by joining the Health Ministries Walking Club, KernersFit. We will meet at the Church 2 Sundays a month at 9 am starting May 24. Everyone is welcome!
Walking is one of the BEST things you can do for your overall health. It’s low impact, safe and best of all – free! Many diseases, conditions, and ailments can be prevented or even treated by participating in regular physical activity. Before beginning any new exercise program, you should consult with your doctor. Choosing to engage in this exercise program is at your own risk.
